Yes. Covenant Community School is accredited by Cognia/AdvancEd and the Florida League of Christian Schools (FLOCS).

Yes. There are several state programs that provide scholarships to qualifying families. Additionally, there are school tuition scholarships available to families.




What are the operating hours of Covenant Community School?


We are open Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-3:30pm, and Friday from 7:30am-12:30pm.




Is Covenant Community School affiliated with any church in the Lake City area?


No. While our school is founded on Christian values, our founders have chosen to welcome families from throughout the community to enroll, no matter their church affiliation.




What grade levels are offered at Covenant Community School?


We offer education to Kindergarten – 12th grade students.




What kind of curriculum do you use?


We utilize a variety of curriculum platforms to offer the highest quality of education without compromising the Christian values on which Covenant Community School was founded.




What percentage of Covenant Community School students attends college after graduation?


According to recent data, 80% of our students enter into a college/university program, 15% enter into vocational programs, and 5% enter into our US Armed Forces.




Does Covenant Community School incorporate Florida State standardized testing?


No. Although we do not incorporate FSA testing, we do value the educational data associated with standardized tests, and acquire this data with systematic progress monitoring programs, including yearly IOWA Assessments administered in the spring semester.




What are the average class sizes at Covenant Community School?


Covenant Covenant School believes that every child’s learning journey is unique, and we strive to create environments that can provide individualized learning. The average class sizes are no more than 15 for our elementary and secondary classes.
