Providing an education that touches a child in the classroom with high academic excellence.
1. Individual Academic Plan
Creating an individual plan for student success consists of multiple avenues of support. It is the desire of CCS to tailor a successful plan for your child to thrive.

2. Relational Education
One of the key components of education is relationship. We intend that our teachers serve as mentors with exemplary Godly character, demonstrating excellence in their subject area starting in kindergarten through twelfth grade. CCS has a distinctive trust relationship between the school, teacher, and parents.
Small classroom sizes: Our teacher to student ratio is 1:15, which allows our teachers to not only develop individual relationships, but maintain the quality of instructional time.
Small group learning: Our students are provided with daily opportunities to learn within a condensed group of classmates, allowing independent evaluation, as well team-building development.
Communication: Open communication is a vital part of any successful partnership. CCS utilizes multiple forms of open communication with students and parents through weekly e-mails, take home communication folders, and quarterly conferences.
The standard of excellence begins with our instructors. CCS’s faculty continues to maintain the standards set forth by the Florida League of Christian Schools and is accredited through their organization, which is a part of International League of Christian Schools. In addition, CCS is accredited with Cognia (formerly Advanced Ed) which accredits 36,000 institutions in 85 countries.
2. How We Test
CCS believes in utilizing multiple testing strategies to create an accurate depiction of a student’s academic growth all while looking at the whole child. Data is a tool that we use to hold ourselves accountable as a school, evaluate our progress, as well as develop the best individual learning plan for each child.

In holding true to our vision, we diligently seek curriculum that is biblically based and re-enforces strong Christian values.
Do you ship to other parts of New Zealand?
No, sorry. Right now we only offer pick up and shipping to select parts of Hawke's Bay.
Can I pre-order large amounts for an upcoming season?
Since we are a boutique nursery, we may not have enough to suit your needs, but we will try! Please get in touch and we will see what we can do!
Can I get a discount for a bulk purchase?
At this stage, we don't offer discounts for bulk purchases as our nursery isn't big enough yet to do so. We hope to expand within the next year and be able to offer you discounts soon!
Are all your plants New Zealand natives?
Yes! We only grow New Zealand natives at our nursery. We try to grow plants that not only attract native bird life, but also make either great shelter belts or super garden fillers.
